Pilates - Breathe. Use core muscles in the front, back and side of your body to stabilize your spine. Pilates Mat classes are 60 minutes of a series of thoughtful movements led by a specially trained instructor. Exercises will rebalance muscles around the joints. The gentle movements are appropriate for most people and elite athletes will benefit from the deep muscle control. Thoreau Club also offers a Pilates Bootcamp class that features increased repetitions and more challenging movements.

Yoga - Hatha & Vinyasa - Unwind in this class that's suitable for all levels. Modifications are offered for the more challenging poses and each participant is encouraged to work at their own pace. Each class is different because it's a reflection of the Yogi’s unique training and personality. Improve your strength, flexibility and balance and then take some time to relax at the end.

Yoga - Heated Power - energetic, fitness-based approach to yoga modeled on the Ashtanga style. Added heat helps warm the body and soul to practice strength poses with emphasis on flexibility. Relax at the end and reflect on your hard work. Monday evening is 75 minutes, Wednesday morning is 1 hour, Friday morning is 90 minutes.
